Can the hair be returned?
Although Ukrainian law does not allow clients to return hair, Roman Hair offers this option to customers provided that the purchased hair has not been used or applied. IMPORTANT: BEFORE HAIR EXTENSION, CONSULT A SPECIALIST AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.
Can extended hair be dyed?
Try to match the extended hair to the color of your own hair. You can tint it by a maximum of one shade, but no more.
Do extended hairs damage your own hair?
If your master is professional and performs timely correction and removal of the hair, it will not harm your own hair.
How to wash extended hair?
Wash vertically, without tilting your head. Wash the roots of your hair with shampoo. For the rest of the hair, use conditioner and mask, avoiding contact with the capsules. Dry with a towel and then use a hairdryer.
What length of hair do I need?
If you want to extend your hair to your waist, choose hair that is 45-55 cm long. If you want to extend your hair to your hips, choose hair that is 60-70 cm long.
Why do extended hairs fall out of the capsules?
1. Poor quality keratin; 2. Hair was applied without pre-capsulation; 3. Machine capsulation; 4. Poorly coated hairs; 5. Poor quality capsulation; 6. Hair heavily treated with keratin; 7. Child's hair structure cannot withstand keratin (glass hair).
Why does the head feel tight and itchy after extension?
1. Individual intolerance, will pass in 1-3 days; 2. Large capsules; 3. Large number of extended hairs.
How to remove extended hair?
We recommend wearing extended hair for no more than 2-4 months. After the first two months, make sure to go for a correction. Remove the hair with the same master who performed the extension.
Where do the hair for extensions come from?
Hair is cut from girls and children in hair salons, and then these suppliers sell it to us.
How to care for extended hair?
Follow your master’s recommendations, use special shampoos without sodium lauryl sulfate and its derivatives, and use a special brush for extended hair.
Can I swim with extended hair?
Yes, but be careful to keep the hair up with a bun or ponytail. Remember that chlorinated water will affect the hair and make it stiff, leading to tangling.
Do I need to use masks and conditioners?
Yes, use masks, conditioners, oils, and conditioners for easy combing.
When should I do the extension correction?
Every 2 months.
What to do if extended hair gets tangled?
Do not pull the strands with force to avoid pulling them out. Instead, gently comb with your fingers and then with a comb. If the hair is severely tangled, use a conditioner, leave it for 5-10 minutes, then rinse and pat dry with a towel. If it's still a problem, contact your master.
